My name is Jordan Bruner, the title given to me at birth. What’s crazy is that I could’ve been named Joaquin, but I thank the Lord every day that that wasn’t the case. No shade for anyone named Joaquin, but I think the name Jordan fits better for me. Sorry mom.

Anyway, I attended North Central University, majoring in Creative Writing. I dread the question that always comes up after I mention what I went to school for. I am sure others can relate to me, especially those in creative fields. “What do you plan on doing with that after school.” Well, I don’t know. Creative Writing can entail so many things. But maybe this blog will flesh that out. If not, well some material is better than no material.

As for the purpose of this blog, well, I figured since I am considered a writer, then naturally I need a blog. Or at least that’s what I have been told; something about putting yourself out there I guess. This site is going to contain pretty much anything I find worthwhile to publish. Whether that be short stories, poems, or even movie/album reviews. Well, here goes nothing; here’s to putting my thoughts, mind, and self out there!
